We Got It!!

We GOT THE DUPLEX!!

Just found out about an hour ago and I couldn't be happier right now. WOO HOO!!!

Earl said it first, people:

"Alex: Earl, karma is a very complex Buddhist principle. It’s the totality of a person’s actions which determines the fate of the next stage of their existence.

Earl: Do good things and good things happen. Do bad things and bad things happen.

Alex: (smiling) Yeah I actually like your definition better."

PS: If you don't watch My Name Is Earl, go. Get it. Watch it. Giggle. Thank Me. It is an awesome show.
